3 Characters for the Price of 2
This package includes our Party Leaders and choice of THREE CHARACTERS for up to a 30 minute performance and appearance. We will perform between 6-12 songs and dances for approximately 10-15 minutes, pose for picture taking,and lead your HAPPY BIRTHDAY SONG from our performance area with a special balloon creation for the birthday child. We do need a space made available (16X18 feet minimum) that is clean and flat. We also require two reserved parking stalls and a clean private changing room (meaning that we do not share spaces with other performers that you may have at your event). Sound equipment and power is also necessary. If you don not have this, please talk to us about it ahead of time. We are using CD's and not I-POD's at this time, so a CD Player is also required and computers are not always compatible with our music. Any extra time, our regular prices will be applied. We have the option available to do your photos and have them printed on site for an extra fee. Please be aware that if you should cancel you will forfeit your down retainer payment.
Our One Character Special - Package #2
One Character Only - $125.00
This Special has some restrictions. First, it is only for 20 minutes in overall time with one character and one party leader. There will be three to four songs and Happy Birthday that will be performed for about the first 8-10 minutes and the remaining time will be for picture taking. A CD PLAYER must be provided for us by you that plays burned CD's. We must have a clean private place to change in and a parking place reserved for us. We do not perform in dirty locations or in red dirt or in bad weather where we are not protected. We need a performance area of at least 8X12 that is flat and clean. Please be aware that if you should cancel you will forfeit your down retainer payment.
Our BALLOON & CHARACTER
One Balloon Artist for two hours and Three Characters for 30 Minutes
(Balloons to start at 6:00 p.m. with Characters beginning at 8:15 p.m.)
Generally balloon artist will be there for approximately 1 hour to 3 hours if they are doing balloons. Please contact us for the pricing on these parties as this booked by the hour and amount of keiki at the party. We need to know how many children will be in attendance to help determine the amount of time that would be necessary for the balloon line work to be done. The Characters need all the same arrangements as listed above. The Balloon Twister will need a table and two chairs set up.

PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING:
Please help us with crowd control. Larger Parties may need additional security personal. This is an extra $25.00 fee per half an hour when necessary for us to bring our own security. Any damages to our costumes caused by misconduct at your party will also be reflected in your fees. We have been experiencing this with not just children, but teens and adults, too. Please respect our characters. They cannot speak out or defend themselves so we need your help. Just a reminder, that many of our characters absolutely cannot see very well at all. They can easily trip over small children which can be very traumatic to both the child and the character. Also, please note that we will begin at the designated time agreed upon at the time of the booking. If you are running late, we will start on that agreed time. We generally have multiple parties to attend to and have to maintain a prompt schedule.
Book your party as soon as possible as our calendar is generally booked up rather quickly and some dates are booked months in advance. Please be prompt with the timing set with us, as we most likely will have other bookings to attend to on the same date. Please fill out your desired time on the "Contact Form" and we will do our best to give you that time within the limits of other booked events. We will show up 30-45 minutes prior to our scheduled appearance time to get dressed and ready to go. We must have two PARKING SPACES close to our changing room that are reserved for us. Again, please note that we often times do more than one party on a particular date, so timing is most important and we will have to follow the time that has been booked to meet our other obligations.
We also need a clean and private changing room provided as we cannot arrive dressed in character for saftey reasons upon the roads. Please do not allow children near our changing facilities prior to or after our appearance, as this totally spoils the spirit of the Characters.
Please help us maintain good behavior by those mingling with our Characters. We reserve the rights to leave your function at any time without any refund if we are mistreated. Also, should damages occur to our costumes because of misconduct, you will be held liable for replacement fees and all costs relating to the damages.
We need a power source made available, a good quality CD Player, and sound equipment where necessary for the larger parties. If you have a band or DJ at your party or event, it would be best for use to be able to plug into their system. Again, we are using burned CD's that are not always compatible with computers.
