A 50% total deposit is required to secure your date and time. Money Orders, Cashier Checks, Personal Checks, or Cash are accepted for means of payment for the deposit. However, Money Orders, Cashier Checks, or only Cash are accepted for the final payment due before we begin. NO PERSONAL CHECKS PLEASE. Our party leader will be collecting this upon our arrival. Please note that the deposit being made promptly does secure your date and time chosen. Mahalo!

CANCELLATION POLICY:
All bookings are completely NON – REFUNDABLE. Natural Disaster Policy: We understand that occasionally Hawaii may experience unforeseen weather conditions. In this case, we will be willing to re-schedule on another date should that date be available on our calendar. We reserve the right to cancel if your event is being held outside, and the weather conditions are too wet for our costumes, balloons, or tattoos. Upon our arrival to your event if we are not provided a clean dry private dressing room and clean performance area; we hold the right to cancel, and/or add additional charges depending upon the circumstances. Furthermore, the deposit is non-refundable.
BALLOON, CHARACTER, & TATTOO SAFETY & DAMAGE POLICY
Please be aware that Balloon Safety with our keiki is most important. Although many desire that their little ones have balloons, babies and young toddlers can and do put things into their mouths. In this industry for safety reasons, we now choose not to give balloons to those who are under the age of three, unless the parents take full responsibility and are present to receive the balloon. We hope not to offend you or your guests, but we will not be held responsible should any baby or child choke on a balloon or hurt themselves (example: eyes). In addition, our balloons are made of latex, and should anyone be allergic to latex or our paints, we shall not be responsible for any health conditions of any kind, that they may suffer from accepting a latex balloon or tattoo from us including death. Your guests are around our characters, balloons, and tattoos at their own risk, as we will not be held responsible or liable for any injury of any kind at your party or event. Additionally, any damages of any kind to our costumes, balloons, tattoos, or any equipment of ours, it will be your responsibility to replace fully anything that is damaged by anyone attending your party or event.

Please note that being a locally owned and operated company, that the characters that we offer ARE NOT name brand, copyrighted characters. We are not associated with any such corporations or registered trademarks. It is not our intentions to violate any copyright laws. Any such resemblance to well known copyrighted characters is strictly incidental and totally unintentional on our part. Should you have the need for licensed, copyrighted characters at your event; we encourage you to contact the company/copyright holders for your specific targeted characters. We will only accept bookings from individuals who are aware that we DO NOT represent any licensed characters.
